Recruitment and selection is one of main aspects of the HRM system in an organization. This course is intended to give students an overview of some important topics of recruitment and selection, such as human resource planning, job analysis and competency models, job performance recruitment and selection tools and methods.

During the course, students will be given the opportunity to develop a critical approach to recruitment and selection and HRM systems. Also, students will be provided with up-to-date material to foster critical analysis and thinking of current issues regarding recruitment and selection.
